What are our fees?
FASTChurch Bookkeeping Fees are based on the number of your monthly transactions and the number of employees you have. Church size will likely determine the approximate number of transactions you have each month, but churches of similar sizes often have significantly different numbers of transactions. Consequently, we cannot accurately determine how much time we will spend monthly doing your bookkeeping by church size alone. But the following chart will give you a general idea of what your monthly fees will be.

- All offerings, checks, payments, payroll, etc. entered into PowerChurch+ software monthly.
- All bills that can be paid automatically through the vendors' websites set up to do so.
- All other recurring bills with fixed amounts setup to be paid via your bank's bill pay system. (All other payments must be made by church staff.)
- All payroll checks/direct deposits calculated and paid semi-monthly (15th/last day of the month).
- All bank/investment accounts reconciled (balanced) with monthly bank statements.
- A balance sheet, income statement, and account activity report produced monthly (including budget figures, if provided).
- All monthly, quarterly, and/or annual payroll taxes paid, and forms filed with appropriate agencies.
- W-2s and 1099s provided to all employees and independent contractors annually.
- One contribution statement produced for each giver annually.
- Unlimited phone and email support covering all of the above.
Note: initial setup of your church with our system will cost the equivalent of two months of fees.
Additional Fees
All clients must purchase a license for PowerChurch Online. The current price is $455 per year, and must be renewed annually.
We may charge additional fees for any of the following:
- Additional reports (each report, beyond those included in the base rates) $10
- Monthly auditing of contributions to determine amounts to be sent to others $30
